A wonderful collaboration between Two Raw Sisters and Criffel Woolshed saw a group of women hungry to know how to make divine salads for Christmas and also to taste and test!
Margo and Rosa are two hugely inspirational New Zealand women educating other New Zealanders (and the world) on how to use what they have in their cupboards, eat well and think outside the square about food.
We settled in on a windy rainy morning at Criffel Woolshed to hear about their story, watch as they made us three wonderful salads and dessert, sip wine and then feast. Knowing all the while we could go home and absolutely feel able to create the dishes again. I felt a new love for pomegranates (and if anyone knows me knows I’m OBSESSED) and also knowing I could rustle something up with what I had in my cupboards.
Behold the mighty chickpea!
Thank you Margo and Rosa for a wonderful morning.
