A recent trip out of the carnage of Queenstown (I told you I’m not a winter person) gave us a beautifully sunny day in Dunedin. I literally ran into all the art galleries and antique shops I could in the space of about 10 minutes to soak it all up. One thing I miss about living in Central is the city vibe. I wouldn’t want it all the time (thus living in the mountains) but sometimes it fills a yearning.
I have been following Gallery Denovo for a while now on Instagram and it was the first place I headed to. A gorgeous art space, warm and cozy and on a sunny day just stunning. I looked like a crazed yokel dreamily staring at all the art. Thank you Gallery Denovo

Bricks! I then just ran around like a mad person. I love all the brick in Dunners (reminds me of home) and the buildings are so full of character. What a lovely whistle stop day! Longer next time.
