Whoa how did Monday come round again so fast? I have just experienced 54 hours of work in 2 and a half days. What the hell was I thinking? I joined up for Start Up Queenstown and what a ride! Teams work together to produce a product to submit infront of the judges by sunday night and they pick a winner! It was tough, my head wanted to explode many times during the course of the weekend and the lack of sleep is something I’m famous for being RUBBISH at. But we survived, we laughed, a few shed some tears and in the end I made some firm new friends. If you see one around your area SIGN UP.
I have been running up a storm recently (which is amazing for me as I don’t do that well sticking to a structure) but I started to get some niggles in the ol’ hooves. I made a trip to Southern Sports Podiatry (post to come) where Gareth poked and prodded and sorted my shoes out. Yahoo and yahoo, back on my feet I go.
The weather has also been bonkers AGAIN but makes for perfect photographs. Snappers met early (what possesses me?) on Thursday for a Bob’s Cove mission which is always so beautiful. Read about it here. I forget it exists sometimes but if you haven’t made the trip yet do so. A 15 minute drive out of Queenstown towards Glenorchy you will find water so green and still it will blow your mind. Watch your sandwiches for sandflies though, they are pesky blighters.
Have a lovely week people and time, we need to have a word. Slow down please.
