It hurts, it&#8217;s sore, I get better then worse really quickly. I watch people who are faster than me and groan at how effortless it looks. Oska on the other hand &#8220;fly&#8217;s through the air with the greatest of ease&#8221; so to speak. But I&#8217;ve worked with him and seen what he puts in. Running in the morning while the rest of us press the snooze button, eating the right amount of food at the right time and stretching &#8217;til the cows come home.
