We all like to stay well throughout Winter too as I know how hard it can be living through a cold Winter with a cold house and gloomy skies. Not being the best skier in the world means I don&#8217;t get that turned on by epic pow pow and so I have to entertain myself another way. Enter Winter wellness. Information about the many things available to us in this beautiful wee place we call home.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/LilaBWellness?fref=ts\" target=\"_blank\">Lila<\/a> B has been a health coach for a while now and knows the benefits of nourishing the body through good food, exercise and meditation.
