This week saw me throwing myself off a ledge with a plastic bag tied to my back (otherwise know as paragliding), holding the first Poppy Loves Book Club (email if you would like to join) chatting in front of an audience about this business (scary!), putting out my new website (all comments\/ feedback welcome!) and generally eating enough cake to satisfy a horse.
