And that word doesn&#8217;t come out lightly.<\/span><span style=\"color: #2a2a2a;\">Fan-dabby-dosy (fan-dabbi-dozy)<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #2a2a2a;\">To describe something amazingly wonderful. Usually Madam Woo&#8217;s food.\u00a0<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #2a2a2a;\">From the Scottish TV series<a title=\"\" href=\"http:\/\/www.urbandictionary.com\/define.php\" target=\"_blank\"> The Krankies<\/a>.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #2a2a2a;\">Onto the food. <\/span><a title=\"\" href=\"http:\/\/www.madamwoo.co.nz\" target=\"_blank\">Madam Woo\u00a0<\/a><span style=\"color: #2a2a2a;\">has only recently arrived on the fair shores of Queenstown but has\u00a0taken the place by storm. Described as Chinese and Malay style street food, they serve up delicious dishes to share (I\u00a0didn&#8217;t want to and got upset). Josh Emett and Fleur Caulton have done it again. Thank you chaps.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #2a2a2a;\">Here we have their favourite\u00a0salad<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Lychee salad (Make 4)<br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #2a2a2a;\"><br \/>\n1 iceberg lettuce, broken into pieces<br \/>\n1packet red radishes, thinly sliced<br \/>\n1\/2 tin lychees, quartered<br \/>\n50g cucumber, cut into strips<br \/>\n20g mint leaves<br \/>\n15g coriander leaves<br \/>\n100g roasted peanut, crushed<\/span><\/p>\n<p>1. Mix all the ingredients together in a large bowl. Season with palm sugar dressing then check seasoning.<br \/>\n2.Serve in four individual bowls.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>Palm sugar dressing<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>200g palm sugar, shaved<br \/>\n80ml apple cider vinegar<br \/>\n75ml water<br \/>\n30ml lime juice<\/p>\n<p>1. Dissolve palm sugar in apple cider vinegar and water.<br \/>\n2.
