Panorama Terrace is exactly that. A full view of the mountains to get you excited and ready for skiing, trail walking in Summer or just to sit and sip and ponder the beauty right in front of your eyeballs. 2 or 3 bedroom apartments available.
Kent Street is steps away from the famous Queenstown Hill walk and right at the heart of the CBD where you can walk into town for dinner or the best breakfast of your life after all that sleeping, trail walking and relaxing you’ve been doing. 2 bedroom apartments available.
Sustainability is at the top of the list too for Element Escapes. They like to consider the environment in all they do including using epic companies like Smart Ass, Forest and Bird refillable bottles for the bathrooms, cleaning products by Ecostore.
They discuss with staff and ask all guests to consider the environment in all they do; recycling glass, newspaper, paper, printer cartridges and batteries. Operational systems factor in the environment. LED lighting in all apartments/office and their office power runs off Sherwood multi-crystalline solar panels. The office is making huge steps to becoming paperless with everything being online and they utilise and source the most earth friendly products and support local suppliers.
Guests are asked to turn off fires and heat pumps when they go out, lights off in each room, and think about what they absolutely need to use while they’re using Element Escapes.
Prepped for anything you need before you even get there is part of their ethos. So that means they’re around to answer questions if you have them (and are a real person at the end of the phone), they can whip over if you need a cold kombucha or another duvet for the massive sleep you’re going to be having. 24/7 day communication and 9am-5pm staff with the option of having someone at the end of the phone after hours should you need something.
All three locations happen to be right near Queenstown Trails. A plethora of trails (130k to be exact) that swoop and swirl around our majestic region. You can hire a bike or take the body for a shuffle along it taking in cafes, beer, lake, grass to collapse on as you experience it.

My time in their gorgeous apartment meant I could relax (alone time!), be met at the location with treats to get me started and have goodies in the fridge for the morning. Without having to leave the apartment and trawl around the supermarket. Cot set up incase I needed it and a huge bath for me to settle in (you know me and my love for baths by now). Local wine and a trail to sit and sip and watch the clouds melt over the mountains ready for another day in this amazing town.
