When I saw Megan’s new business Remedial Massage on Instagram my heart skipped a beat. Not only do I love women getting out there and making a business for themselves but my shoulder (and rest of my body) was so sore, a massage was in need. I mean real need. Not kind of needing a bit of a rub down but I’m so crunchy you’d think I’d turned into a crunchy nut cornflake. And no I’m not sponsored by them.

I previously met this amazing woman last year when we chatted about her gorgeous Coconut Company. Creating delicious coconut smelling coco grinds to lavishly smear all over your body. Clever girl. And now she’s gone out on her own in her gorgeous new Remedial Massage premises right here in the town centre.
I headed to her for an hour of lie me down and relieve me of knots and wow did she do that. I also had some cupping (not of the tea variety) but where she moved a suction like small device over your skin to free up the fascia. Everything in my left side is so stuck after my operation I felt like I needed to be there at least a week but an hour was enough of a job to relax, float away and be looked after.
Her gorgeous wee Remedial Massage room is up above the Queenstown Medical Centre, a hop, skip and a coffee from town. So park up, sign in and lie down. Everything else you can leave up to Megan. Offering sports, relaxation, pregnancy, aromatherapy, cupping just for starters. You will find something to make sure you go “in like a pretzel, out like a noodle”. I told you she was a clever cookie.
