#SnappersChristchurch photography group meet up in March. Woo hoo the #snapperschristchurch train is on the railroad people! I have no idea what that means but it does mean that they met up! We (#snappersqueenstown) tried to meet up this month but the rain caught us and sent us back to our beds! We’ll try again.
This month the lovely Julz @furtherfasternz met up with some budding photographers in Christchurch and then beersies afterwards. If you’d like to join them or us just get in touch! @agphoto (Alex) is on his cycle journey from Wanaka to Paris! Amazing stuff.

The idea behind #snapperschristchurch and #snappersqueenstown is that anyone with a smidgen of interest in photography can come along. We meet up and take photos of one ‘scene‘. This scene can be interpreted however we like (which is what I love about photography) and on whatever camera you should choose to use (including phones). Photography to me is rather intimidating, with all it’s twirly knobs and ‘speak’ but I love taking photos. I wanted others to feel the same thing and have groups where we can all join together, learn some new stuff from the professionals in the group and then also have coffee after.

#snappersqueenstown has been going for around two years now and so the lovely Julz from Further Faster NZ wanted to start Christchurch! If you would like to start one in your town/ city please get in touch here.
