I pulled my neck out last week. It hurt like hell and caused me to lie awake at 3am working out where I was and why did it all hurt so much.  But it also got me thinking about how we only really look after ourselves when we hurt ourselves, so May is a month of rediscovering the trails, sorting out the fire wood and getting the freezer stocked full of food for the crock pot. I shall be giving you a ‘survive for Winter’ post soon as I’ve been here 9 years yesterday and I’ve seen my fair share of shitty houses that are freezing. $1000 electricity bills. Yes sireeee I’ve had ’em and I don’t want you to have to do that. There’s mulled wine to buy!
