So did I mention that I flew to MELBOURNE? That’s Melbourne, Australia. That means I left the bubble of Queenstown and went to ANOTHER COUNTRY. MELBOURNE. There I’ve said it plenty so you won’t forget. I Love leaving here for a bit to see art, culture, music, coffee, cake, food, walk the new lanes and streets but I also love coming home. Home to me is this fair land of mountains and green and the air that smells so damn good.

But first the week. I saw the dreaded first red leaf. Shhhhhh. If I say it quietly it might mean that it’s not really happening.  love autumn but I don’t want the cold to come. It’s not been long enough yet. There are days and days of sun-drenched deliciousness to have yet aren’t there? Tell me it isn’t true.
