It’s Spring! Spring, Spring, Spring. If I say it enough times it will cancel out all the ice I’m still finding on my car at the minute. Dear ice, you’re not welcome go away……
There’s a abundance of things to do now the light nights are here and the days are longer. I’ve also been snap snap snapping everything in sight. As has everyone else; blossom anyone?

Spring is all about getting outside and even thought we live in a town where we can be outside all year round it’s Spring that really feels like the warmer months are on their way and we can play!
Unwind that crinkly skiing body with some yoga at Yoga Nadi, Sherwood, Studio Sangha. Fire up those quads with a newly landed Park Run or get onto ones of the many many trails here that are freeeeeeee.
