Making yoga all that much brighter with Courage My Love

I only got into yoga last year after years and years of moaning “pilates is my thing”. One class and I was hooked. You see I like things I find hard, and I like to sweat and this class made me sweat. Only thing about it was my boring as boring black running tights that I had to wear. I wanted some kerpow with my vinyasa. Know what I mean?

Last year I also joined the Women who Get Shit Done Team in Christchurch and at the event met an amazing lady (who completely gets shit done) Persephone. And into my life dived Courage My Love. The most amazingly, wonderful (and bright) yoga clothes. Soft, supportive and comfy. I was hooked. And obviously I had to get the most colourful pair on the page. Welcome Dream Galaxy to my life (and now yours).

Courage My Love is yoga wear that you can actually wear outside the yoga studio because it’s hard wearing (it won’t fall apart after two Hatha classes) and it’s beautiful. Art work is commissioned by them and then it’s right there on two legs. So you get to admire the work and work out at the same time. Please don’t fall over though staring at it. I nearly did. So so beautiful.

Plus they’re made right here in gorgeous New Zealand.

I don’t know about you but so many of the tights I have tried in the past I’ve been so worried about them being thin enough to move about in but thick enough so I won’t show off my new undies. (No one wants to see my new briefs as they’re trying to down dog). But these gorgeous tights are thin and practical and keep all your fancy pants where they should be. My mum would be proud.

A mid-rise waist (so no cutting off your circulation) and can be rolled down if you want to show off a bit of tum and the artwork also runs right inside the waistband, so you can continue to stare at it. Magic.

And because I have to think about things all pregnancy related now I wore these on a walk and they were comfy as (33 weeks comfy). I could pull the band down under my bump AND it was -6 and I was toasty warm. Falling in love all over again.

Legskins. They’re the way forward. Beautiful designs, gorgeously cozy and the right thickness and made here. I know I know what have we been doing before?
