Graze Restaurant Queenstown

I attended Graze‘s ‘Flight of the Honey Bee’, a gorgeous evening dedicated to the glorious bee and all things honey. A five course menu, beautifully put together by the crew at Graze and Chef Andrea. (She’s a very very clever lady).

Graze are doing amazing things out at Lake Hayes Estate and they have become a favourite of mine. Always sunny, always smiley, able to cater for things you need at 8am (sweet things, coffee, wine. I’m joking) and they have become very creative in new menus. Bringing the community together around food.

It’s not rocket science, it’s just bloody good business. Jana and Hamish and the rest of the staff there are onto a good thing. A very good thing. You can read more about them here but for now, here’s some photos of the evening and where to find them. You won’t be disappointed. I couldn’t pronounce half the things, but it didn’t matter. They were mostly gone before the waitress could finish telling me what they were. Gone! Poof!
