Poppy Loves Book Club Queenstown

What a gorgeous lot! I didn’t get all 12 in!

This month’s Poppy Loves Book Club book was the astounding Chimamanda Ngozi Adichie’s ‘We Should All Be Feminists’. Previously a TEDx talk and now brought to book form, it was little but man it packed a punch. We were jabbering away about it before the session had even started!

Lots of debate and discussion about the book as we settled at The Sherwood this month, thank you guys! We sipped hot chocolate and ate twice cooked potatoes and talked about feminism, working, being women, living here in New Zealand as opposed to the many countries we are all from. The biggest turn out yet of 12 of us with an astounding 72 of us now on the list. Reading alongside over 1000 women all over the world we love our book club. Want to join? Email me here.

Next months book: The Temporary Bride by Jennifer Klinec.
